Thanks again to everyone who participated, that was a lot of fun and I loved seeing all the creative recipes you all make using quinoa. I can’t wait to try them out.

Have a great day!

I have been vegan for a little over 4 mnoths now and was compelled to make the transition primarily for health related reasons. I am 26 years old and overweight, due mainly because of my old eating habits. Winning this cookbook would mean that I could enhance my ability to cook healthier & delicious meals. I want this not only for myself, but I want to have children one day & I want them to be proud of their mom. Being able to cook healthy, vegan meals for myself and loved ones is how I want to live every day.

I’ve been vegan for 15 years, had 2 children and have been very hhlatey, and so are my vegan kids! But in the last year I have really been focusing on a low fat and oil free vegan diet including many raw dishes. I’ve never felt better and lost some weight and have tremendous energy!! I would love to win this book so I can use the recipes to create hhlatey meals for my kids. They always want to try new things and I want them to grow up to inspire others on the vegan path!
